Updated rules regarding licenses

One of the main goals of Hello World Open is to drive software development forward.

Hello World Open is built with open source tools and without them this competition would never have been possible to organize.

The rules now state that after the competition, the organizers may publish the source code of the bots. Why? We want to encourage game AI development by sharing code. You retain the rights for your code.

The teams can select any open source software license they want to use, our default is Apache License v2.0

Please spread the word about the competition and challenge new people to join!
